What To Expect

Choose an entry time when booking; meet your host near the Eiffel Tower a half hour prior to your scheduled time. 

With your group, stroll the short distance to one of the world's busiest monuments. Bypass the long lines and head straight for the elevators, enjoying speedy and stress-free access to the second floor. Step out with your host to take in some of the best panoramic views in Paris from the viewing platform, 375 feet (114 meters) above the ground. Get a basic orientation to the sights and landmarks visible from your vantage point from your host, then explore the area at your leisure. Snap photos of the Louvre, Les Invalides, Sacré Coeur, and the Champ de Mars, among other standout Parisian highlights. 

After you've had your fill of the second level, proceed to the summit, where you can toast your trip with Champagne from the bar and view Gustave Eiffel's private apartments.

Queues can get a bit long but worth the (not too long) wait

Disappointed and frustrated with wait time

Although the tour promoted priority access/skip the line, we still had to wait over an hour before getting to the first elevator at the base of the tower.

Tour was amazing. You got to go to the very top and then have a drink on the 1st level. Presley did an awesome job telling us the history of the tower and city.

I can’t recommend this enough, if you want to visit the top of the Eiffel Tower the queues will be a challenge, with these tickets we were never really held up, straight past the long queues and through security without any fuss. Our tour guide Sebastian was a really cool Argentinian guy who has perfected the balance of being informative about the tower and never going on and on! He guided us to the second level and from there we could make our own way to the top. We were all looking forward to going to the tower but aware how busy it would be in the height of summer, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly for us. Thank you!

Traffic was a mess, we showed up and our group was still there about to leave. They would not let us join our group we were looking at. They would not give us our tickets to go without the group! This service is not needed! Buy tickets on the Eiffel Tower website and walk up to the same line they put you in

Great tour guide gave us options to go directly to summit. However he was really interesting so we stuck with him and grabbed an elevator to the top later. Viator delivers consistently every time which is why we will continue to use their services all over the world.

Refused tickets refund and any compensation

Seems like this company resale tickets… they refused to give us our tickets after we been a bit late for our tour… Especially as we were told by staff at the Eiffel Tower that if we acquired “tickets” (which we had paid for!) we could walk the Eiffel Tower by our selves. However upon requesting our tickets we where told they could not produce our tickets. There for they have been sold and money was made on our behalf even tho we where minutes late!! We where at the Eiffel Tower early ahead of being informed we did not actually have our tickets and where required to meet at a different meeting point. While we were leaving office we had tried ask one more time about some help and one person form their stuff said that this is normal and ppl are losing their tickets every day all the time… well not an answer we would like to hear after spending 250$ !!! We feel that the information on your advert could have been more clear and as we weren’t able to be given our tickets even though we asked for them and where told by Eiffel staff that we could use them alone. That we are deserving of a refund in full. As well as the fact that we have used your platform already many times and had nothing but good experiences… Although we gonna leave this feedback here as we see that many other ppl have pretty same experience…

This tour option came to the rescue when the actual Eiffel Tower tix were sold out. We did actually get to skip the line- Billy was very warm but some of the jokes were a bit cheeky/the history bits felt elementary.

The tower is beautiful of course. I’m not sure what lines were skipped as we waited in several for a long time including security and a long time for the elevators. Not sure what the skip the line gets you.
