Hilo Shore Excursion: Active Volcano, Lava Tube, Waterfall and Gardens
Actually seeing the lava flowing from the dormant volcano. Wow, wow, wow. The operator (Josh & Wife) of this tour was very professional and enlightening. They have nice, clean, and comfortable vehicles. I would definitely use them again when I return in November.

Hilo Shore Excursion: Active Volcano, Lava Tube, Waterfall and Gardens
Fantastic day with Josh! So knowledgeable and had a ton of very interesting facts! Weather was a little rainy, but the sun came out at times which was great. Loved everything about the day and will definitely go back to the park to explore more when we are back on the island.

Hilo Shore Excursion: Active Volcano, Lava Tube, Waterfall and Gardens
This was an amazing tour packed full but not so much that we were exhausted. Jill was excellent as our guide and very knowledgeable and passionate about the island. She was very patient with our questions and gave good information about not only what we were seeing but also local legends, customs and culture. I would highly recommend taking this tour. Note: pack a lunch as food to buy options were limited.

Hilo Shore Excursion: Active Volcano, Lava Tube, Waterfall and Gardens
What an awesome adventure! Jill is an excellent storyteller as well as tour guide, and this tour takes you to some fantastic locations. Pick a time early in the day to beat the crowds (and the heat) and be prepared to walk about a mile each way on flat road. This tour is a Hilo must do!
