We can provide you pick up at most hotels located in the hotel zone of Cancun and Riviera Maya or a meeting point near your hotel at Cancun, Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen & Tulum. If you are staying in a Boutique Hotel, Hostel or Condominium, we will look for a nearby location as a meeting point. Did not show up!!!! Very disappointed family :( We were sent an email with pickup time and we were there very much in time and in fact 20 minutes early but no one showed up. They need to at least text or call if there is a problem. We tried calling and no one picked up until it was way past our pickup time.

We are a family of 4 (2 kids, my husband and I), and we booked this tour 12 hours prior to tour date. We were impressed with how well the bus was kept. Cesar and Alexis definitely made the experience unforgettable. Their energy and knowledge was impressive. The itinerary was followed as described, and the food was amazing!! We had a great time on this tour with our guide Alejandro! We were sad the conditions weren’t good enough for us to snorkel at the reef, but were glad there was a back up plan and we got to snorkel at another nearby area. Hands down the best part of this trip was the denote- it was so cool to explore. We also appreciated that they provided snacks before lunch, because it was an all-day trip! I would suggest bringing a waterproof bag for your phones so you can get pictures of everything :)

My boyfriend and I enjoyed this trip very much. It was very hot at Chichen Itza, and the cenote swim was a welcome refresher. I suggest getting the all inclusive option so that the admission to the archaeological site, locker, life jacket, and beverage will be taken care of in advance.

Educational and fun all-day bus tour

This was an excellent and highly informational tour! I learned a lot about Mayan history, culture, and architecture and the trip to the cenote was a blast even with a torrential downpour. I do wish I had been given more information. This is a bus tour, so I wasn't able to be picked up at my smaller hotel. I would've packed a neck pillow and noise blocking headphones if I had been told that. The Chichen Itza tour was a walking and information heavy tour that took an hour and thirty minutes. Luis was an EXCELLENT guide, but I wasn't prepared for that level of exertion. I would definitely recommend this tour, but know you're in for a long and tiring (but super fun) day.

The tour guides were amazing! Knowledgeable and friendly. The ruins were very cool to see in person and swimming in the cenote after being in the heat felt so good. They have a ledge you can jump into the cenote as many times as you want. My only complaint is the buffet lunch was out of most of the food and it look hours to drop off everyone at the end of the night.

I recommend this trip 100 percent! Our tour guide Alan was very passionate and knowledgrable bout the history of the Mayan civilization.For me on the way there, I felt there was just too much information given that brain was done.But overall a great experience.Bus was comfortable and cozy,which was good for a long ride.Food was excellent!

Amazing trip

A very long day but really worth it! We were picked up as scheduled and went directly to Chichen Itza, try and rent an umbrella as it helps to keep you out of the sun. Our guide Luis was very helpful, polite and informative. The Cenote was amazing and the stop in Valladolid was short but still nice to see a city other than Cancun! Highly recommended!

Amazing experience, the cenotes is so beautiful. The guide provided great information and was entertaining. Pack an umbrella or hat for Chichen Itza, it's extremely hot. Also pack snacks...you do not stop for breakfast and the first meal will be at 2p
