Excellent Guide-Franky
Franky was wonderful, so knowledgeable and made our experience rich with his personality and intelligence sharing key aspects of plants, animals, how resources connect and are essential. I was hoping to do more hiking but my teenage son preferred the mix of the drive, sites, short hike and dip in the water.

Puerto Rico Guided Adventure in El Yunque Rainforest
My family enjoyed our rainforest adventure. The scenery, water jumps and natural water 💧 slide were all great fun. Our guides Daniel and Daniel (Pancho) were fun, friendly and mindful of safety. Even with my falls in the mud we would highly recommend.

We had the best time!!!!! Andres was a fantastic guide, knowledgeable, fun, and interactive, and attentive to our safety. We were part of a very small group and everyone was able to participate according to their comfort level. The tour was great, so much history and beauty in El Yunque. We did the tour and stopped for lunch on the way back. All in all it was a wonderful experience!

Puerto Rico: El Yunque Rainforest & Waterfalls Half-Day Tour
Loved the quaint town and staying in the middle of the locals- small - clean and beautiful view- was a bit disappointed you could not access the beach at all from this point- but could take a short walk to the beach so it wasn’t too bad. The beds - like most in PR are FIRM - so I didn’t sleep very well- would invest in better linens and pillows- travel with your own pillow if that matters to you!

El Yunque Rainforest Tour from San Juan
Great guides that were very knowledgeable and supportive of all of the people on the hike. We saw other tours without any safety gear. We all went out with helmets and life jackets. The guides put everyone's safety first and modified activities around people's comfort levels.

Zipline Canopy and El Yunque Rainforest Combo Tour
Our guides for the rainforest tour were AWESOME! Everyone in my family had a great time during the rainforest tour. The zip lining tour was okay. Our if the eight lines, two were good. The other six are literally zipping from one post to another, back to the first. The first six lines are very short. The last two lines were good. The staff at zip lining were very detailed and safety minded.

Private El Yunque Rainforest and Waterfalls Tour with Transport
Jean was our tour guide and he picked us up in a very clean new car and was friendly and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the country and was clear on expectations for him as the guide and us as the guests. I will definitely book with him again. He was patient and worked well with the different abilities of everyone in the group
